Deborah Ann Nikkhah April 27, 1965 - May 30, 2009 SALEM - Deborah was a resident of Salem for the last year. She was raised and educated in Bakersfield, California; and she had, more recently, lived in the Beaverton area. She worked as a Critical Care Nurse at Meridian Park Hospital, Tualatin, and as a Nurse Practicioner at OHSU. Deborah is survived by her husband, Michael, and sons, John and David of Salem; and son, Brandon Ghadiri of Beaverton. Other Salem survivors include her dad, Don Adarr; mother, Reba Adarr; brothers, Paul Adarr and wife, Jen, and Rob Adarr, and wife, Val; sister, Katie and husband, Craig Whitaker, and grandmother, Kay Beiber. She is also survived by brothers, Lee Adarr and wife, Tami of Alabama and Lyle Adarr and wife, Vicki of Kansas; as well as a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by her mother, Linda Smith, and grandmothers, Grace Foust and Virginia Hobwood in California. She was a member of Salem Free Methodist Church and was very active in the Celebrate Recovery program there, as well as at First Nazarene Church. A memorial service will be held at 1 pm Friday, June 5 in the chapel of the First Free Methodist Church, 4455 Silverton Road NE, Salem. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, any donations be given to Celebrate Recovery at Free Methodist Church. Arrangements by Howell-Edwards-Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors.
